• Ensure high quality of living in Timberview; protect and enhance property resale values; maintain high standards for exterior maintenance.

• Complete ongoing review & update of Timberview governing documents; articles, bylaws, resolutions, committee charters & architectural standards.

• Achieve the Annual Operating Budget; maintain positive homeowners’ equity.

• Continue to address community tree care and drainage & erosion.

• Facilitate communications via use of the Timberview website and email.

• Sponsor social events to provide opportunities for community interaction.
