Timberview Schools are Fairfax County Schools

Fairfax County Public Schools is the 10th largest school division in the U.S. with 198 schools and centers. The school system serves a diverse student population of more than 188,000 students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, speaking over 200 languages. Nearly 92 percent of FCPS students graduate on time (in four years of high school), and more than 92 percent plan to pursue post-secondary education. FCPS students can take Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) classes in high school; the division offers the IB middle years program and the IB primary years program in select schools. The class of 2019 has 254 National Merit Semifinalists. Fairfax County high schools are recognized annually by education columnist Jay Mathews as being among the most challenging high schools in the U.S.

Aldrin Elementary

Located at 11375 Center Harbor Road, Aldrin Elementary is named after Dr. Buzz Aldrin, the second astronaut to walk on the moon. The goal of each staff member at Aldrin Elementary is to provide a "gifted-quality" instructional program that meets individual needs in a positive, safe school.

Herndon Middle

Located at 901 Locust Street, Herndon Middle School is a community of teachers, administrators, students and parents that strive to create a rigorous academic program to meet the needs of our diverse student body.

Herndon High School

Herndon High School is a four-year, fully accredited public school that serves approximately 2200 students from the Herndon, Reston and Great Falls area.  It is located in a residential suburb three miles from Washington/Dulles International Airport and numerous technology centers.
