It’s time to update your Paint & Stain Colors
Timberview maintains a very high standard when in comes to the painting and staining of our buildings. Before beginning any exterior painting or staining project, please download the standards and color-codes for your building.
The Paint & Stain Guide is a required document to be filled out by your contracted paint company. Please submit your completed guide to our management company PRIOR to starting your painting or staining project.
Starting in February 2020, residents painting their homes must use the paint and stain colors approved at the 2020 Reston Association DRB. This includes house color, trim, garage door, and front and side entry doors.
DRB Decision 2020
At a Reston Association DRB meeting in 2020, an updated color palette was approved for Timberview Cluster Association. To review the approval letter or check your approved building color, click below. ALL Timberview Buildings should complete updating exterior and garage door colors no later than August 14th, 2021.
ALL Timberview Buildings entire exterior stain updating should be completed no later than January 14, 2026.
